The European choice of Ukraine has led the country to deep socio-economic and political crisis. As a result of the struggle of the Ukrainian political elite the national legal system was completely out of balance. Consequences in social sphere became severe too. There was a sharp decline of population living standards and growth of unemployment. The real wage in Ukraine for the last 15 years decreased on average by 12% and inflation was 40%.
