The article contains a comparative analysis of legislative norms, regulations and international agreements in the field of migration management. Analyzed are inconsistencies and discrepancies of national legislation with the provisions of the Agreement on cooperation in labor migration and social protection of migrant workers of the CIS countries and the Eurasian economic Union in the context
of creating a common labor market.
