The article determines the process of interaction between Russia and
Germany for the armed conflicts settlement in Eastern Ukraine, Transnistrian, Abkhazian and Southern Ossetia. Even being frozen or smoldering, the conflicts produce a large scale of threats both for Russian Federation and the Euro-Atlantic community. In this regard the article considers the prerequisites and possibilities for the building of bilateral cooperation against the backdrop of the deep differences both at this direction and in a relationship
in general.
