Birth Rate and Gender Inequality (The Case of CIS and BRICS Countries)

Abstract

Taking into account that population is reproduced unevenly as a result of significant differences in birth rates in different countries and regions of the global world, the problem of birth rate is one of the global problems. This article focuses on one aspect of this problem – the impact of gender inequality on birth rate in case of CIS and BRICS, where Russia is a member country.
