The article analyzes problems of growing up in the postmodern era. Special
attention is given to such key parameters of the given process as prolongation of the limits
of youth, nonlinearity and diversification of young people’s life trajectories. The paper also
considers specific features of kidultism syndrome as a new sociocultural phenomenon.
