The article considers the legal grounds for the functioning of the general
labor market, describes the migration processes in the EAEU and reveals their features. In
the conclusion the author suggests that the Eurasian integration process had a positive
impact on the labor migration and contributed to strengthening the adaptability to the
crisis conditions in the labor markets of the host countries.
