The article analyzes the main documents and studies on modern tourism.
It is noted that in the era of political turbulence in the world, national diplomacy linked to
tourism is coming to the fore, helping to mitigate crisis phenomena, and prevents the transformation
of these phenomena into open armed conflicts.
