This paper provides an overview of reports presented at the All-Russian Scientific Conference on the transformation of European institutions and societies amidst geopolitical shifts and the restructuring of the global system of international relations. The analysis focuses on the reform and transformation processes of international institutions such as the EU, NATO, OSCE, and the European Bank. The discussion also emphasized political processes within individual European countries on the eve of the European Parliament elections in June 2024.
