Russia’s and South Korea’s Foreign Economic Interests in Bilateral Trade Cooperation

Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of the foreign economic interests of Russia and South Korea in the context of mutual trade. Particular attention is paid to assessingof foreign policy factors, sanctions pressure, and changes in the global economic environment. Given the growing importance of regional cooperation, there is a need for a new vision of the development of trade and economic relations between Russia and South Korea, both of which are key players in the Asia-Pacific region and the global economy, within the context of the changing architecture of international trade. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the experience of economic cooperation between Russia and South Korea and to identify opportunities and promising areas for bilateral trade development.
