Abstract

The revolution is regarded as the destruction of the former state (administrative apparatus and legitimate violence) created by internal forces. A political coup leads to the transformation of political regime. The revolution in Russia is presented as an example of a «failed» revolution, the possibility of the new state collapse during the process of global technological and social transformations.
