Abstract

The article analyses educational and professional strategies of young Russians in conditions of social transformations. The data is based on individual interviews with the representatives of the post-Soviet generation with modern and traditional ways of behavior. Although the contemporary society does not provide individuals with a single model of success it gives them the opportunity to construct the life in a unique way.
