In the post-Soviet time direct impact of the state on social and labor relations was radically diminished. The state actually refused to control the actions of an owner at a private enterprise. The private enterprises came under the authoritarian management with typical domination-subordination relations. As a result the social and economic state of a private enterprise worker became fully determined by
an owner.
