The article is devoted to the Italian legislation on migration, adopted in the first decade of the XXI century. The author analyzes the «Bossi–Fini Law», amendments to the Italian Penal Code and other legislative acts. The conclusion is that in Italy during this period the integration model was realized, and not the model of multiculturalism, which characterize, for example, the Great Britain.
