The article is devoted to Michel Foucault’s understanding of heterotopia. He states that heterotopia is not only the reality of «other place» (prison, psychiatric clinic, library, cemetery, colony, ship, etc.), but also the other place of the social life truth. M. Foucault’s conception is the premonition of forms and methods of discourse objectivity as the ruling force of mass conscience in global politics of the 21st century.
