Widening the practice of mutual settling migration problems will not only have an economic impact but will also assist lowering down social tension both
in Central Asian Countries and Russia. Fertile multi-aspect cooperation with China in this region must be centered on consolidation of national intellectual capital
and more intensified exchange of scientific, technological and analytical economic information.
