Employment Quality and Observance of Labour Rights in the Sphere of Small Business

Abstract

The article studies problems of providing decent work and observing the rights of employees in the small business area. The informal labour relations, widely spread in this sphere, serve as the key factor reducing the quality of employment while the somewhat high earnings often act as the unstated compensation for labour rights violation.
