The modern globalized world and post-industrial economy foster flexible forms of employment and interaction between employers and employees, thereby accelerating the digital transformation of the labor market. Within this context, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has developed a Digital Agenda aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of national economies and deepening integration by transferring a significant share of managerial, administrative, and technological processes into the digital sphere. Although the EAEU labor market is gradually digitalizing, practical and regulatory limitations diminish the positive effects of this process. Chief among them is the absence of supranational regulatory standards to support the digitalization of labor and employment. Using content analysis, web analytics, a systematic approach, and the concept of digital transformation, the authors propose recommendations for the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) to address these challenges. Specifically, they suggest: (a) increasing public awareness of digital employment opportunities and economic mobility within the EAEU; (b) creating a unified digital platform for job search and recruitment tailored to the needs of economic migrants and employers; and (c) introducing supranational EAEU standards for the digitalization of personnel records, ensuring secure processing and cross-border transfer of personal data. Implementation of these measures will improve the quality of public services for workers, ensure equal access to national labor markets, and enhance workforce adaptability in the face of potential crises.
